Assignment 2

Here is the handout for assignment 2, as well as a sheet of mathematical prerequisites that you are allowed to refer to in your proofs. You should type your assignment using any word processor you choose, and submit the result as a2.pdf to the CDF submission site. Just in case you decide to use LaTeX to type your assignment, here are some useful sources of LaTeX lore.

Lyx is a graphical wysiwym (what you see is what you mean) front-end to LaTeX

Lyx and the full suite of LaTeX tools are available on CDF, and widely available for installation on various platforms.
