"Goes into Picture" by Michael Morgado and David Nguyen

The animation attempts to capture a childhood memory. The first half takes place in the present day. The objects sitting on the table are meant to suggest the belongings of an old and jaded adult. This is why most of the objects are rendered in black and white. The only things that are rendered in colour are the apples. This symbolism is mean to convey the notion of innocence lost. The camera zooms in on a black and white picture of a sunset. The animation subsequent to that is meant to depict the memory of that sunset.
